That said, you’re always in control of your subscription and can cancel anytime, it won’t renew after the current period.

Is there any kind of content not allowed?

Our AI has a built-in filter to help prevent NSFW content. While we do our best, no system is perfect, so some results may not be suitable for all audiences. Please keep this in mind when using our platform, as we can’t take responsibility for every piece of content that gets generated.

What are my commercial usage rights on the consistent character images?

The commercial usage rights allow full commercial use of the image outputs. Users can use the generated images for business, marketing, products, websites, and any commercial purpose without restrictions. The output images are owned by the users and can be monetized freely. However, the underlying models and code are not for resale or charging access, only the outputs are fully commercial.

Can I monetize the videos I create with AI?

Yes, videos generated without AI can be monetized commercially for purposes such as marketing, branded content, and client projects. The commercial rights extend to the outputs created by the model, meaning users have ownership and can monetize these videos without restriction. However, the underlying AI model and software itself cannot be resold or redistributed.

Yes, the modified image you receive would still be considered yours with commercial usage rights, as long as you respect intellectual property rights and do not infringe on others' copyrights. The output images include a digital watermark to indicate AI generation, but this watermark does not limit your ownership or commercial use of the edited image. The digital watermark serves for transparency and identification but does not imply losing ownership.

My image came back with a signature or watermark, can I remove it?

Under the Consistent Character Creation section, the signature does not limit ownership, and users can remove or edit it from their images as needed for commercial or personal projects. However, under the Drawing to Realism section, even if the base image is yours the terms of service require keeping the watermark intact to comply with policies and maintain transparency.
